Kelly performed amazingly while selling our East Cobb home; at the end of the first weekend, we had multiple offers due to her extensive marketing of the property before it hit the listing services. The whole process went smooth like butter. We also had an East Cobb condo from my single days that we really needed to sell! We had tried to sell it twice before with other agents but to no avail. It was small and filled with oversized furniture from our tenant. Our tenant did not want to move out and had made no effort to make the place presentable when showing in the past. To make matters worse, we had a weak association and there had been multiple stories of closings not going through due to reasons bound to the association. We signed our contract with Kelly and she came in and laid some ground rules for the tenant right away (all within the stipulations of our existing lease). Kelly worked with our association and the management company to get all of our ducks in a row. She told us exactly what we needed to do to sell the condo and we had an offer right away.
